While our shades are enjoyed worldwide, ever country has their own set of rules for imported goods. You the customer are responsible for taking care of duties and taxes for your shipment.
The majority of our orders will ship FedEx.
Since international orders go through many hubs, we must pack our shades with extra care. To avoid our customer's paying freight charges, we will not ship shades over 94" wide. We will give our best to ensure that your shades don't ship freight. However, orders 90-94" have a small chance of shipping freight.
When our international orders ship, we charge our customers exact shipping plus a $50 surcharge for each order for handling. This surcharge isn't applicable for Canadian customers.
If your order weighs more than 10 lbs, it will qualify for FedEx’s “Great Rates” program.
For unpaid international invoices, there will be a 1.5% interest rate applied each month.
